Navigation Types
There are two places in content manager where you can manage the navigation. The best way is to assign a page to the navigation as soon as you create a new page. If you want to edit existing pages or the order of items in the tree you can do it directly from the navigation page.
Assign a New Page to the Navigation Menu

Step 1- Publish the page
Only published pages will be visible in the navigation.
- In the left-side panel, find the scheduling section and ensure the Publish date is set to a current or past date.
- In the top right corner, ensure the page version is live.
Note: If your page is in draft mode, please save before changing to live. - Click Update to publish the page
Step 2- Move your page into the Navigation tree
- Click the Manage navigation button in the left panel to open the navigation screen.
- Find the page title in the upper-left side. You may drag and drop the page to assign it to tree structure
- By default, you only see the top-level navigation. To see inside the collapsed submenu, click on the ⊕︀ icon associated with that submenu.
- Pages that exist Level 3 and deeper will connect pages via breadcrumbs and the side navigation, but will NOT be visible in the main navigation at the top of the page.
Step 3- Save Navigation
- Click the green SAVE NAVIGATION button to confirm
Note: Once saved, the changes will be live on the website, so ensure all pages are correct prior to saving.
Search and Add Existing Pages to the Navigation Menu
- In the left-hand menu of content manager, click the Navigation tab
- Type the page name into the search field directly below the title All Site Pages. Each result will indicate either:
- 6-dots icon: The page is not yet assigned to the navigation tree, you may drag and drop it into the menu.
- List and checkmark icon: The page is already assigned in the tree, you can click < or > to see its location in the navigation tree.
- 6-dots icon: The page is not yet assigned to the navigation tree, you may drag and drop it into the menu.
- Ensure you click the SAVE NAVIGATION button after changes are made
How to Remove a Page from Navigation
- See the section above to find the page in the navigation tree
- Click on the three dots icon
- Select remove from navigation in the dropdown
- Ensure you click the SAVE NAVIGATION button after changes are made

How to Add to the Spotlight
The Spotlight grid on the homepage is a great place to feature important and actionable information. You can pin pages or news posts to this section to keep key content top of mind for your users. It’s ideal for highlighting announcements or resources that need extra visibility.
- Open the Page Editor for the desired post or page.
- In the left navigation panel, locate the Tags dropdown.
- Select the "Spotlight" tag from the list.
- Save your changes by clicking Update Live
Pin a Post to the Top of the Newsfeed
If you want a news post to stay at the top of the news feed for a set period, consider pinning the post. This ensures it remains visible and easily accessible to your audience during its most relevant timeframe
- Pin post: While inside the page editor, find the Pin News toggle below the title and route in the left-side panel. When the toggle is turned on, it will look like this:
Please click Update Live once the change is made. - Changing the order of the spotlight posts: Click on the news tab to return to the post list. The ordered posts can be found under the Featured section. You may change the order of these posts using the ▴▾ icons.
